Am I the only freak who loves cold gumbo?

I like everything cold. My MIL came and stayed with us a couple weeks when my wife had our first kid. She had made a pot of red beans and the next morning I ate a bowl of cold red beans before leaving for work.

She still talks about to this day and that was 20 years ago.

I love cold egg drop soup ...

So you "double dipped" the gumbo? You used your spoon to eat the gumbo and then put it back in the container for more? Please verify.

Some things I like cold

Gumbo isn't one that I've ever wanted cold

I can do cold fried chicken, cold pizza, and a few other things. But if I'm eating any sort of soup I'm going to heat it up.

I’m more of a cold pizza guy. Can’t say I’ve ever tried cold gumbo.

I like it warm but poured over Fritos (same as with chili).

Cant say Ive tried it but really well flavored gumbo is about as good as it gets and I dont see why that would change if it was cold.

My Pops loved it cold the next day. He wasn't a double-dipping heathen like you though.
