She said she’s watched a lot of LSU football. And from her perspective it seemed like they lost a lot more than they won. But she said this team just sucks at every single position and might be one of the sorriest teams she’s ever seen and she’s been watching a lot of it since she was at LSU (69 Alum) Ironically, she’s not even really a big football fan.

I think she called to ask us what pie we wanted her to make for Thanksgiving, but she so was pissed. So am I Mom. So am I.

I agreed with her. I’m pissed. No area was/is good
QB play is atrocious.
O Line plays like a bunch of participation trophy kids and couldn’t stop the Lichtenstein military.
The running backs run up the middle and fall down for the most part.
We call way too many East/West plays.
And our O Coordinator was run off from La Tech. Let that soak in.

Then there’s Defense.
The UF receiver running for the end zone and out ran 4 or 5 of our guys. What planet are we on, cause I remember the old “speed kills” philosophy. We have no speed.
And we haven’t tackled a son of a bitch in 3 years.

Then there’s special teams.
I heard Kelly doesn’t give a shite about special teams and if true, it shows.
Our long snapper(s) can’t seem to get it right. Our little kicker tries but he’s not the best we ever had. I’m not hating on him that bad though. He tries.
Our punting sucks. And what about our return teams? Awful. Muffed punts.
I remember when we would go get Australians to punt and soccer players to kick field goals. I remember when we had track stars returning kickoffs and punts. We have nothing.

Then there’s recruiting. Spare me the bullshite about the no 1 class. I’ve heard this since Josh Booty days. They ain’t coming. They’ll go somewhere else. That hit shot Underwood ain’t coming. He’s playing us now. Why would he? And if this is the best Kelly can do, then he has no clue what talent evaluation is. So we had Jayden Daniels last year and squandered a season because our Defense might as well be a fake brick wall and our opponents are the Kool Aid Man.

Then there’s adjustments. Mr. Kelly doesn’t probably know what that means because I haven’t seen any adjustments, changes, coaching changes, since August. Nothing. The idiot even said he doesn’t evaluate his coaches until after the season. Let that sink in. That means if suck at your job and keep sucking, he waits until you’ve ruined the season before he fires you. No constructive help? No corrective measures? Is that a dumbass thing or is that just a Yankee thing? I don’t know.

Then there’s intangibles. Like Lacy walking away from Kelly. I don’t blame him. Why listen to him? BK gets 10 million a year to lose, while Lacy trying to get his on Sundays, yet he’s seeing that he’ll be lucky to make the practice squad of the Cleveland Browns now with this team and this coach. I bet he opts out. And why not? He’s getting his arse chewed on National TV. There’s a place for that and on TV is not that time or place.

In just 4 years I’ve sent LSU nearly $200,000 between sending my kid to LSU, season tickets, TAF shite, tickets, parking passes, gymnastics, baseball, women’s basketball, not counting football and not counting away games, hotels, etc. That’s just 1 kid and we are lifelong LSU fans. But how many students go there? How many seats does Tiger Stadium hold? 105,000? How much do they make off of TV, tshirts, branding, advertising , etc? In all actuality, $60,000,000 is a manageable buyout number because LSU is too big now to fail. And we are failing miserably. I regret buying that Frick Around and Find Out shirt from that gentleman wandering through our tailgate a while back.
