Yep they need to start working on primary challengers now. Smart picks too, which is where I’m hoping people like Elon, Vance, and Vivek will help. It’s not as simple as just putting any MAGA candidate in. The big thing is that politics is local. Don’t run MTG clones in Louisiana Senate races. Don’t run Mehmet Oz clones in the rust belt. It’s a tough rope to balance, but if you get it right, the only way to go is up.

You can rest assured the Democrats are circling his seat as a potential "steal" in 2026. They will likely run JBE to try to take what should be an easy GOP victory just like he did in 2015 when the GOP allowed the seat to be stolen by running Vitter.
