Biden is talking about a "smooth transition of power"... "bringing down the temperature", "working hard to help Americans ", peaceful transfer of power", "she has a backbone like a ramrod". ...I don't know what that's supposed to mean.

I watched a couple of minutes. He stated blabbing about "all they'd accomplished the last 4 years". I couldn't take any more. Those people are delusional. All his accomplishments had negative effects on America.
