No, no, no, no..... this can't be! According to the foremost expert in the history of the FCC., Election Law and Communication Law, TaxingAuthority, the Equal Time rule only concerns and applies to how much stations are allowed to charge each candidate for commercials.
And there is no bigger expert than TaxingAuthority on this issue. Just ask him – he’ll tell you!!!
