Does facial plastic surgery on women look good?

IMO, it rarely looks good. Of course, in extreme cases like deformations, burn victims, or other accidents it's a great thing.
But most women that get it, it is obvious they have had it, puffy lips, unnaturally narrow nose, etc and gives off that uncanny valley feeling.
Breast implants when made too obvious, and not proportional, can have that same effect. That's probably not a popular take. But natural is usually better.

Aging gracefully is much more attractive IMO

It doesn't matter what men think. They aren't doing it for men. Women compete with (and follow the actions of) other women, and for some reason, they think it's the way to go despite most men finding it unattractive.
Edit: Put it this way, they're more afraid of not being like all the other women than they are of being rejected by a man. That's the reason for the stupid eyelashes, ridiculous lip injections, fillers, hair extensions, forearm tattoos, etc. It's the reason they're all starting to look exactly alike.

The first surgery usually looks great. But they rarely stop at one, hence the swollen lips and narrow noses. After that, it's a lost cause.

You don't notice the good plastic surgery. All you ever notice is the bad plastic surgery.
Accordingly, you vastly overweight the bad plastic surgery. Thus, to you, plastic surgery is bad., or as you say, "IMO, it rarely looks good."

Almost never.

Depends on the woman and what they have done and the skill of the surgeon. Here is a great example of a good plastic surgery that made this woman look 15-20 years younger

Mostly no, but no one talks about the good cases (Margot Robbie, for example)

This is 100% correct. If all women decided tomorrow to stop wearing make up, us menfolk would adjust in about 3 days.

That's because you don't know about the ones with good plastic surgery. You can't tell. There are tons of women walking around with a little bit of stuff done and you never know it.

More importantly does she have a nice fake rack. People would be surprised but a lot of women have fake tits. I would wager 25-35%. I know 6 wives that have them. They just show up one day with cleavage.

Its strange to watch so many people terrified to look like they actually look.
My class reunion was last weekend, I was amazed how many people (men and women) have had surgery.

It's the same as the stupid show off and bragging behaviors men do for each other. Women pretty much hate that behavior.

Most women that get some end up looking like freaks.

I'm sure that's what they'd like to think, but it's usually pretty obvious
