Kenner police were dispatched to the trailer park shortly after an an anonymous caller reported the assaults at 7:15 p.m. Monday. Through discussions with residents of the park, responding officers identified two boys, ages 4 and 7, who were allegedly forced to perform sex acts on Bonilla-Alfaro, police said. Bonilla-Alfaro was taken into custody and police say he confessed to inappropriately touching the boys. He also admitted to filming the sex acts with his phone, police said.
