Sources: #Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins is being traded to the #Chiefs in exchange for a 5th rounder that can get to a fourth rounder. Deal is being finalized.

A key veteran who could be the final piece, Hopkins name has been hot in the trade market. Now, he lands with the champs.

Sometimes it’s good to be up early in the morning and be able to pick him up in my fantasy league before anybody else does.

I was more-worried they’d get Kupp somehow…. but still not thrilled about this.

Was on the treadmill this morning and saw the breaking news. Checked and saw he was available. Picked him up and dropped Jerry Jeudy.

Of course now J. Jeudy will go off for the rest of the season.

I will never understand why any team in the league would help the Chiefs?

Ya know.......the team no one can beat.

If the Chiefs call.........its 3 1st round picks.......screw them.

Kupp hasn’t had a full season since 2021. Too injury prone, unlike Hopkins

2023 was the first full season for Hopkins since 2020.

He’s a far cry from his bonafide #1 self.

Hopkins will be retired by the time the Titans are in any position to beat the Chiefs anyway. This isn't the Buffalo Bills trading them the first round picks to take Mahomes and Worthy.

how many legends do we give away for nothing? For starters you could build skill position players based off guys we let go…Qb mariota Rb Henry WR AJ brown WR Hopkins TE Jonnu smith Anothy firsker..OL on the chiefs I could go on and on. Team could beat our current team. Sad

Dude has 15 catches for 173 yards and 1 TD this year. He did have 75/1,057/7 last year, though. Did he fall off a cliff, has he been banged up (appears to have played in all 6 of their games), or is it just Levis/the inept offense holding him back this year?

Worthy

198 receiving yards through 6 games

I’d say the bills did fine considering they got draft picks plus Coleman who has 326 receiving yards

The biggest overreaction I can remember in a long time draft wise was the “OMG they gave the chiefs the next tyreek!!!!!!”

Going from Will Levis to Patrick Mahomes, almost like going from mayonaisse to ketchup.

They wanted team to pay some salary and not ask a high draft pick.

Rams said no, titans said yes.
