What should the punishment be for fraudulently mass filling ballots

Let's say they discover a warehouse or strip mall office suite full of folding tables with a dozen and a half people inside just filling out blank ballots for Kamala Harris. Dipshits earning $15/hour to sit there 8 hours a day manually filling out truckloads of ballots.
Sure, they aren't the orchestrators, but I'd honestly be OK if they were caught and convicted to receive life sentences.
Is that too harsh?

They should be hung by the neck until they are not longer living in a nationally televised hanging.

Those voter lists are public data and the Dems can take the hundreds of thousands of voters who haven't been voting and are slated to be removed (but haven't, in case you are wondering why the DOJ is after Virginia for removing them) and get ballots for them. It is illegal, and you better have "standing" to challenge them, which courts have been reluctant to do.
