Another Kamala promise that apparently could not be managed by Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Barrack Obama or Biden/Harris.
How TF is she going to make this happen when silicon valley billionaires are her staunchest supporters?

What is someone’s fair share of something another person worked to get?

I don’t care about increasing taxes on anyone. I care about all of the money we piss away, all of the money that our politicians steal, and all of the money we send to other countries.

Indeed! Stop spending money by the billions, unless it's on things this country NEEDS.

Top 10% pay almost 80% of all income taxes. So it’s evidently more than that

I get your point. If they really wanted to raise tax rates on the rich even more, they could just pass a bill and get it signed into law. Why hasn't this happened for decades? Because then they'd lose the talking point, which is the only reason for the issue to exist in the first place. In short, they have to have something to campaign on.

Divisive race and class warfare is all the Democrats have left. They’ve gone completely over the leftist insanity fricking deep end.

The nerve of you trying to make details get in the way of a catchy slogan!!

It’s just a talking point to get elected.

60% of Americans pay NO INCOME TAX AT ALL..
As a high earner I ask..what exactly is my "fair" share....?

Can't define any terms in that statement
How will you make someone do something?
How do you define rich ?
How do you define fair share?

I’m all for it most rich people nowadays are friggin liberal good tax of shite out of them

The “fair share” of the rich and middle class could be 100% and it wouldn’t be enough to pay for their green new deal and social projects.
Posted on 10/13/24 at 3:23 pm to Marquesa
I was unaware she planned to cut taxes for the rich.

Dems have 3 issues (pay fair share, race, and abortion). They will never fix any of these issues b/c if they did, they would have nothing to run on.

Imagine if there were no wealthy…
Which is kinda what their rhetoric suggests they want

Apparently it's more than 37% for some people.

The rich already pay way more than anyone else. I don’t get this logic. They pay more in taxes than I make in a year
