What’s the best electrolyte replacement mix, packs or whatever on the market?

I like Scratch or Liquid IV regular sugar version. I cannot tolerate sucralose in sugar free versions.

Biolyte is my favorite. I’ve only ever seen it in a bottle though, not a mix.
I find liquid IV too sweet.

Ultima. Replaced my morning cup of coffee w/ one packet of Ultima in 24oz of filtered water. It's not a perfect substitute, but I have extended energy throughout the day.

My sister the pharmacist brought me some Liquid IV since part of my med issues is electrolyte depletion (for several years I have had unending nausea and accompanying vomiting)

I have not tried it since my last hospitalization of all but 6 days of July but before that I had trouble tolerating it due to the sweetness. It also does not play well with my diabetes.

I’ve used Liquid IV the past few yrs but this summer my wife bought a box of Body Armor Flash IV. So after cutting grass sometime in July, I was cramping in every muscle below the knees. Used a packet of the BA Flash IV and my cramps were literally gone in 5min. Might be anecdotal but I’ve been a fan ever since.

I just got in MyHy’s. It’s Matt Flynn’s company. They offer zero sugar and sugar’d options. Loved the lime and orange. They also offer a unflavored one that is good. Really impressed with them, and I’ve trued LMNT (too salty), ONNIT (really good but pricey), and CRUE (hard to find).

LMNT is my poison of choice. Extremely salty if that’s what you’re looking for.

I've been using the Propel electrolyte packets. $3.99 for 10. Zero sugar.

I like sugar free Nuun. It's in tablet form like alka seltzer.

I prefer the Nuuns as well. Tried LMNT but too salty and tasted horrible. I feel the same about Liquid IV.

I don't know what's the best but I find the new Gatorlyte drinks very easy to drink, easy to find, and has the most flavor options.

I've been using these for a few years. I usually buy the sport versions, and grab a few caffeinated options as well. Mango Passionfruit is one of the best flavors, as well as Cherry Limeade and Strawberry Lemonade.

Hydralyte here. I use half a bottle packet in a 30oz bottle.

Nuun is good. I used them for a while after long bike rides and had to try liquid IV in a pinch and found them to be way too sweet. I only use about 2/3 of a packet now to limit the sugar, which kind of defeats the purpose
