Because there were people at the CIA in on it. That’s basically a fact at this point. It’s written down somewhere and I suspect that Bill Hicks is correct that they show the newly elected President shots of the Kennedy assassination from an angle that you’ve never seen before that suspiciously looks off the grassy knoll.

The only problem is everyone who was directly involved are now dead, so can’t get real justice on it.

Because then people will figure out that the CIA is still doing this shite alongside shite like MKUltra, of which Crooks was almost certainly a part of or whatever the CIA is calling it internally now.

EDIT: And by the way, two future Presidents could have been directly in on JFK’s assassination: LBJ and George HW Bush.

LBJ I’m not sure if he knew about it before he was shot, but he certainly knew about it afterwards and shut his trap for the rest of his life.

As for Bush he was once asked by a reporter where he was when JFK was assassinated and he replied that he couldn’t recall…. ummmmm, WHAT?! You were in the CIA and like 39 at the time. Wouldn’t that be suspicious if anyone who is say 32 and older that couldn’t tell you where they were on 9/11 if they don’t have dementia, nevertheless that person being in the CIA at the time?

Now Bush came back an hour later and said he now remembered that he was in Tyler, Texas, which is only about an hour’s drive from the scene of the crime and an even shorter flight. Now I’m not saying Bush pulled the trigger, but help execute the plan, absolutely.

If whatever is released doesn't confirm the various conspiracies, the release will then be considered part of the conspiracy...

It will be considered false, mis-direction, incomplete, etc

It will just add more topics to the discussion/argument of "who shot JFK and why"

I wish they would release everything at this point.. and let the chips fall

Well you do not spend 6 decades hiding information that's a nothing burger. I mean if you really are looking for a reason people are curious.

So hiding information for 50 plus years with little hope of seeing the crookedness of the government means nothing ? Don’t you suspect there is a reason still why it’s hidden ?
