Little to zero desire to learn English. Communication next to impossible when dealing with them.

Become even more prideful upon living in the United States and wear their home country on their sleeve. Willing to fight over the slightest negative comment about Mexico, El Salvador etc.

Bring their dirty cultures to the United States. Rampant trash, garbage and general unkept almost everything. Crime increases in these areas almost 100% of the time.

If you’re so proud of your home country why the hell did you leave?

Asian and immigrants from Africa do not have this problem. They love the United States and are proud to assimilate.

Because they don’t need to.

Why would they? We give them all kinds of shite, health insurance, don’t make them pay for having babies, etc.

Most frustrating is the educated ones, particularly from Venezuela that live in Houston. You’re a petro engineer living in a $550k house here, yet talk about chavez and maduro being for the people. Tards.

This is a very flawed analogy. Did you happen to help build the bonfire that collapsed and killed people?

I think the vast majority assimilate better than you think.

It has to do with numbers and language. If lots of people come over and live in the same region they stay together and don't assimilate. Canadians, Brits, Irish, etc. didn't have any problems because they spoke English. The Italians had a tougher job but their parents forced their children to copy Americans so they would succeed.
A good example was the early 1900s. Italian immigrants grew up playing soccer but forced their kids into baseball so they would be Americans. By the 1940s there were lots of Italian ball players in the Major Leagues.

We have very different experiences with Mexicans and central Americans. The hard working ones I know fight to learn English quick as they can and do everything they can to blend into the land of their dreams

I have a client in one of my clinics I've needed to translate for for only about 2 months cause in that time she taught herself enough English to communicate w her sons therapists. I don't know many Americans who can learn another language functionally that quick

It's the number of people coming, it allows them to preserve a separate identity. The state also encourages it vs trying to compel them to abandon their culture.

Perfectly normal. When you have slow immigration they assimilate. When you have rapid immigration they congregate in neighborhoods and cities with their own markets , customs, behaviors, language, etc...

Every country that has experienced immigration has the same problems. They come with their own values and have no reason to change.

France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, etc... ALL have huge areas where Muslims are doing their own thing including a judicial system of some type. The U.S. has large areas where Mexicans generally do their own thing. More recently Muslims. Most big cities have some form of Chinatown.

When millions come in rapidly there is no need to assimilate. No need at all.

For the most part, in my experience, by second or third generation, Mexicans are fully assimilated.

Now, why have black Americans de-assimilated? I think that’s more tragic than the Mexicans. 1960s democrats policies???

Don’t have a lot of knowledge of South Americans. Really just speaking about the Mexican American families I’ve known my whole life.

Agreed, my ancestors were all still proud of where they came from, a generation later it was just heritage, generation after that it was just ancestry. It's the way with Irish, Italian, and Mexican, no different, all Catholic in culture.

That's the million dollar question...

Those I've known are similar to the rest of your poor immigrants. They might never fit in, but their kids will. English is hard, they try, they work hard, yea some are bitchy aholes, but that's just normal, yea there are criminals, but lets not forget the Italian and Irish mafias.

Muslim Somalians never will though, they try very hard to not fit in.

Seems I recall 15-20 years ago there were members of La Raza on video tape saying the goal of Mexicans/Hispanics/Latinos was to take back the US from white Europeans who stole the land by simply occupying the US and forcing the eventual minority white Europeans to assimilate into their culture. I guess the illegitimate regime is a partner in the long term goals of La Raza.

Imo this isn't true at all. Silver lining to have mostly Christian Mexicans invading us and not African Muslims.

Need to stop it and hopefully deport many of the men who have come the last 4 years. If we deport men only we can get away with it imo

They can not read or write in their native language, a skill necessary to learn another language such as English.

Also, we make it easy on them to not learn English.
