Well ND is in the playoffs

I didn't realize NDs schedule was that bad or maybe I wouldn't have spent the last 3 hours rooting against them. But shite they won't lose another game

Seriously, the last time ND won what we would consider a major bowl is the Cotton Bowl for the 1993 season (of course it was against A&M). And a lot of those losses since then have been pretty lopsided.

Schedule is weak and A&M might turn out to be trash (at least offensively with Weigman at QB) but this win should carry weight. Opening on the road at a tough stadium against a good team (defensively) earns points in my book

Yeah many people are upset the playoffs are now 12 seeds because those other 8 don’t “deserve” it, yet the playoffs are designed to sniff out a ND that’s undeserving. It they’re not the best team, they’ll get disposed of in the first or second round and we’ll move on.
That’s far better than them winning out and having to only win a single BCS game in the back end.

I think the loser of the SEC Champ esp if either UT UGA they get 5 seed and a 1 loss Big10 runner up also goes ahead of ND But I really don't see Notre Dame going undefeated I think they get two losses there was nothing special about them tonight a and M is maybe a 7 and 5 club and they took Notre Dame took it to the end
