One suspect still on the loose. He probably is hiding in the shadows and we may never know who it is. He probably doesn't have an ID, and official address, or a job with his actual identity.
Law enforcement should definitely take away our guns and closely monitor PTA meetings in order to combat this type of crime. I honestly don't see any other way to handle it...
