Depends upon it's usage. "Bitch" is;

A). A female dog,

B). An ill-tempered woman, or

C). A nongender-specific derogatory slur.

Based on video evidence I've seen with my own eyes, combined with myriad sources that have worked for/with Harris for periods of time and described their experiences in working with her, it's pretty obvious that Harris is a very ill-tempered woman.

Therefore, I place the correct and accepted definition of bitch upon her, having shown my work and demonstrably proven my logic.
