Serious Question: Why would there ever need to be tampons in a boy's bathroom at school?

There just might be a mentally ill child go in there that believes, despite all biological evidence to the contrary, that they too can bleed from their dick hole monthly simply because they wear a skirt and call themselves Sheila. And of course, we wouldn't imagine letting that poor child be put in a situation where they didn't have the supplies they have talked themselves into believing they needed, now would we.

Only thing that I can think of is if a girl that identifies as a boy wants to use the boys restroom, she can still have access to tampons. I had to do some mental gymnastics to even come up with that, but it is the only reason I can come up with to have tampons in a boys restroom.

It was required for all children 4 and older..explain that.
