BR State Fair concerts?

I searched but didn’t find any mention of the concerts at the “Greater Baton Rouge State Fair”, mostly in the 70s & early 80s. I remember going to see some pretty well-known acts such as Earth Wind & Fire, KC & the Sunshine Band, Willie Nelson, David Allan Coe (those two may have been at a non-Fair event but at the same location), LeRoux, and I’m sure some others that I can’t recall. Anybody else?

DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.
I think it was booked right before “I’m the rapper, he’s the DJ” popped and they followed through.

I feel like New Kids on the Block also played the State Fair but I could be making that up….Definitely remember DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince.

Jimmy Buffett used to hit the BR State Fairgrounds a lot in the 70s.

I was young but I remember them both playing on the same day, if not day then definitely the same weekend. My dad was a Jaycee, so I was there all day every day. The New Kids bus got stuck in the mud when they arrived and it took a good while to get them out.
I remember getting to meet Bill Bixby (David Banner) when he made an appearance.

Was coming in to post this one. Heavy rains forced it inside a gigantic tent. My buddies and I made our way up close to the stage for it. Pretty cool setting and great show.
