New footage of SS and State Police trying to access building

These guys couldn't even open fences to move throughout the area. This looks like a Three Stooges episode. Unreal.
It's unclear if this video is before or after the shots, but you can see someone in the background already standing by the building. The later footage shows people on the roof after Crooks was already dead.

The cops and secret service were inside the perimeter. They are trying to leave the perimeter to get to the building the shooter was from.
The shooter had access because it wasn't protected

That Advanced Team was stripped of an unknown number of Agents the day before to cover Jill's trip to Pittsburg. She had the A Team, the rally site the B Team. This according to former agents speaking out.

Think about it. If this was the police staging area, thinking counter intuitively why not? Probably giving him too much credit but if you wanted to have a good spot, why not go to where the cops were

so you mean to tell me they could not have had any of these guys patrolling all the buildings that had roofs close to trump?
why are all of them out in a cow pasture? had they been surrounding all buildings on patrols the shooter woulda never got to the sniper nest.
