Pretty clear to see IMO. After the debate and in view of the realization that Biden will remain the nominee, the deranged left will attempt to jail Trump. It could backfire, but that’s going to be their move. It’s really their only move.

I’m in the camp of Biden didn’t win or get 81 mil votes, they won’t swap him out and they’ll probably do something to Trump.
If he gets jailed idk if it will really change peoples minds as they truly believe he’s a criminal felon after the court case.

Maybe if it was just a political thing. "They" don't give a rat's rear end about the democrat party and they want Trump out. They wanted him out the second he stepped into the White House and after multiple impeachments, intelligence ops, smear book campaigns, raids, arrests and lawfare campaigns, "they" are not just going to let it go. "They" aren't just out to get Trump, they want to make sure every person planning to vote for Trump realizes who's in charge... and the "who" isn't a political party.

The debate could end up giving Dems the get out of jail free card they've needed with Biden, but it also served to at least remind people Trump isn't a 24/7 blowhard and for all his bluster might represent the most sane candidate out there. I genuinely believe this is as sympathetic a backdrop as he'll ever get. More than enough to lock him into 1600

Sentencing hearings for felony convictions I've been to it is always known what is going to happen.
This is not normal. Wouldn't surprise Trumps attorneys told no jail and judge puts him in before a stay could be issued.
Of course he'll be safe in Epstein memorial jail.

I am curious though, so if I might be so bold as to inquire...
The Dims/Uniparty spent 70 years playing the long game and building control over everything. They own the narrative (through the MSM, network and cable television, the music industry, Hollywood, Wall Street, big tech and social media), they control the Three-letter Agencies, they own the White House and both branches of Congress (DNXi and Controlled Opposition GOPe), military leadership and have fully deployed all these entities to finally make their "fundamental (Etatist Kleptocracy) transformation of America which was fully unleashed during the second Obama term.
What is it, pray tell, that leads you to believe that they're willing to risk a four-year setback where Donald J. Trump can potentially reverse much of their progress through executive order and possibly get just a tiny bit of help from Congress? Especially considering this would be a second Trump term where he is unhandcuffed and unchained, fully bereft of reelection worries?
My question is not pretentious or condescending if it appears so. I am just genuinely curious and looking for any reason to hope that the dims are actually willing to take a four-year setback. I just can't see it.

Damn bro, you sure are giving the present day installment of the Democrat Party a great deal of credit, credibility, capability, deference, etc etc and so on and so forth and such.
Me personally, regarding the CURRENT Dem Party and left in general - I believe their unbridled hatred of everything Trump has dumbed them down exponentially. They aren’t presently doing the “long game” thing because all they can think about is poking their finger in Trump’s (and his supporters’) chest at all possible intervals. And that’s to the exclusion of all of our best interests, the country’s interests, the world’s interests as well, and bless their idiotic hearts even to the exclusion of their own selves.
