Mikie said what he heard was - Brady Neal’s family made the comment that “Brady felt like it was time for a fresh start a lot of the guys he felt he had a closer relationship with either A. Got drafted, B. Graduated or C. Went in the portal themselves so felt like it was the best time for a new start.”
Also stated that there is a rumor that “Neal is not the last LSU player to be entering name in portal”

Guidry would be my guess, because he is another highly ranked recruit that probably wants an expanded role. He may even want to hit and that doesn't appear to be happening here.
I don't want him to go either, but I could see it more than the others.

Looked to me in the regional like he had already mentally checked out. Half-assed pitches in the dirt, didn’t hustle out grounders, etc.

You guys are taking it wrong as in his parents came out in said that in a press conference or something. It was probably said behind closed door to some of the other LSU based alumni or parents and Mikie kind of threw it out there.
Idk why we gotta be all upset about it. Let him make his decision and be happy for the time he was a Tiger. The negativity doesn’t help anything.
