Left will say "see, no double standard (CNN already doing that). Once Biden loses but before he leaves he will pardon his "smartest guy I know" son. Is that about right?

I kinda hope his second amendment arguments stand up.
Those ATF rules are dumb.
If your addiction means you aren't responsible enough to own a gun then how can you be responsible enough to fill out the paperwork?

Also, I do not think his handlers will let him PARDON his son, they will just let him commute his sentence to nothing and call it justified under some precedence of an obscure one off case that happened a long time ago
