Four employees of a Spirit Airlines vendor have been suspended after they fought with a fifth person at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

Officers provided information about victims’ rights and how to file criminal charges to those involved, according to a spokesperson for the Maryland Transportation Authority, which handles policing at the airport.

One person suffered minor injuries, while the four employees have been suspended and are under investigation, according to a spokesperson for the airline.

“We do not tolerate violence of any kind, and we will take appropriate action as necessary following the completion of the vendor’s investigation,” a statement from Spirit read.

Videos from TMZ posted Friday morning show the five people were standing near a ticket counter when the fight broke out.

A man wearing a white button-down shirt took a swing at another man wearing a gray shirt — the only one who didn’t work for the vendor — before other employees joined. The man wearing a gray shirt was held down and kicked.

Neither the Maryland Transportation Authority nor Spirit Airlines responded to requests for more information about what led to the altercation. The identities of those involved in the fight were not immediately released Friday.
