Jack Smith and His DOJ Comrades are Staring at and Accused of Evidence Tampering

Ol' Jack was selected because they knew he would break any rule necessary to take down the target. Much like the ENRON prosecutors, it appears their charges will be dismissed.

They will find a way to charge Trump with it.

If this had occurred 40-50 years ago the case is over, but the Neo/Cultural Marxists are largely in control of the judiciary so the rat bastards like Jack Smith are not overly concerned.

Just think- this would never be known except for the heroics of one Judge who cares about the rule of law and the Constitution.
Without her, we would never know about the planting of these documents. We would never know about the coordination between the Archives and the White House to do it.
If we had honorable Judges in these other sham trials, these cases would all get thrown out.
In their haste to get the Orange Man, their TDS drove them to cut corners, fabricate evidence, and to use morally questionable DAs, who, because they are morally questionable, had a past that could come back to haunt them.
All they have done is to expose the corruption of the justice system- something that we have thought to exist, but were never sure. Now, it’s out in broad daylight. The hierarchy is exposed.
In the end, all of this is gonna get Trump elected.

I don’t think this matters. The overarching defense is that this is a normally civil matter post departure from office that the DOJ decided to criminalize.

A corrupt justice system is no longer a system of justice.

You are right. I pray that someone with cajones can make examples of about 25 - 30 prosecutors, at every level across the country, with convictions and incarcerations exceeding 20 years each.
Once it occurs, I see a great chance of real justice returning. Please ask yourself, when was the last time you heard or read of a prosecutor found guilty and imprisoned for breaking the law?

I think Smith could not care less about this. I think his main focus in this trial is obstruction. He will say Trump knowingly attempted to hide boxes from his own attorneys thereby forcing his attorneys to lie to federal Investigators. A lot of the case will center around the activities of Walt Nauta as well and the movement of boxes that may have contained classified documents.
The presence of classified documents that the prosecution claims that Trump was not entitled to may be secondary in this case. The NARA stuff is traditionally civil in nature. It will be interesting to see how Trump's attorneys will end up pursuing this and linking it all up. This could be an OJ type of strategy like Scheck pursued. Indict the government's process and call into question the chain of evidence. If the items were not put back exactly as found, how would you be able to trust the digitized copies that the government will present?

Didn't the board mensa esquire say the documents case was sound, and Jack Smith was the right prosecutor to bring down Trump?

Remember If pics of the documents don't fit you must aquit.

Correct. And, if everything had stayed redacted, we would not know about ANY of this corruption and collusion. It sounds as if the Biden White House spent this entire presidency trying to figure out a strategy to take down Trump instead of running the country.

Running this country was never the goal of the Biden administration.
Their goal was running the country off a cliff.
In that regard, this administration is succeeding.

It's still the case that leaves Trump with the greatest legal exposure. If he signed a cert after his initial transfer of boxes and documents to the government saying he had given them all he had and Corcoran had done the same, ANY subsequent classified documents found is a violation of the law. Not only is Trump exposed, he puts his lawyer in a corner. The question then becomes, did Trump know he had classified documents

That has just got to be a much more horrendous crime than:
- removing top secret docs from a SCIF by hiding them in your sox
- removing top secret docs form a SCIF and storing them in your garage
- presenting manufactured lies to a FISA court
- etc et al ad infinitum

They even have the appeal regarding the ILLEGAL APPOINTMENT of Jack Smith sitting on the back burner. POTUS Trump and his lawyers are just letting the DC CORRUPTION expose itself.

It’s absolutely REPULSIVE!! “The stench from the bench (DOJ) makes me quench!”
Now that we know the rules of the game, what are we gonna do about it?
To me, each USSCJ has authority over districts, they need to start by disbarring activists judges, so the DOJ can’t judge shop to get political protection, also, constitutional minded judge have the power to punish activists DA’s and the like.
Thank god for this judge for doing the right thing!

It kind of is. It's one thing to have uncovered documents in your possession and alerting the DoJ to the fact. It's another thing to ostensibly comply with a subpoena, say you have turned over documents and then have it uncovered that you knew you did not turn them all over and then by omitting that force another person , namely your lawyer to then attest to something that you know to be mostly to patently untrue. .
You do realize , of course you do, that Sandy Berger was prosecuted for docs in the socks and worked out a plea deal with the Bush DoJ.....or did you plan to omit that from your argument?
We're down to one, Bandit, and we largely agree about the abuse and FISA
But that does not mean that Trump should be considered lily white clean in this matter. He fricked around with a legit federal subpoena that his own lawyers told him that if you do not turn in everything and you certify that you did, it could be considered a crime.
