But that does not mean that Trump should be considered lily white clean in this matter. He fricked around with a legit federal subpoena that his own lawyers told him that if you do not turn in everything and you certify that you did, it could be considered a crime.

The current president took classified documents and put them in his fricking garage when he wasn’t even president.

Yep, admitted to it and allowed for a search of his premises and Penn Center without DoJ officially asking. Big difference.

You so desperately want to take SFP’s place here. Well, based on his post count he isn’t going anywhere.

They even have the appeal regarding the ILLEGAL APPOINTMENT of Jack Smith sitting on the back burner

Yeah, this is a big deal. Why is it hardly ever mentioned?

You have to think PDJT knew what was coming and planned for the Lavrentiy Beria Lawfare being waged against him.

Even when it looks bad for him by MSM standards, he always seems to be a few steps ahead of them. Just an observation.

You just don't like the realities and how the law ( procedure) works. So you wallow in and celebrate in your ignorance. SFP has a much better understanding of the criminal end than I do, mainly because he probably has dealt in it more than me.

But I absolutely do understand federal procedure and the government has a case. Whether it is winnable is up to a jury to decide, but based on what is alleged in the indictment Trump probably overplayed his hand with DoJ and Nat. Archives.

DON'T frick with the court and duly issued subpoenas. Give them EVERYTHING they ask for and then afterwards work to get it excluded. fricking with them on the front end always makes things worse especially if they KNOW you have it......and can end up proving it.

I want so bad for the judge to slow roll all this… then at the right time, dismiss it all with a scathing ruling that outlines every tactic the DOJ has used that breaks the very tenets, rules and laws they accuse Trump of breaking, I want her to lay out the case of selective prosecution and fabrication to embarrass and ruin reputations confirming the weaponization of the DOJ

It's still the case that leaves Trump with the greatest legal exposure. If he signed a cert after his initial transfer of boxes and documents to the government saying he had given them all he had and Corcoran had done the same, ANY subsequent classified documents found is a violation of the law. Not only is Trump exposed, he puts his lawyer in a corner. The question then becomes, did Trump know he had classified documents

Do you suffer from brain damage? Trump sent Meadows out to declassify all of the Crossfire Hurricane documents, told the FBI to make them public on Dec.30 2019. They did not do so. Why? Because the implicate the FBI and Hillary in an attempted coup. Those are the documents Trump did not trust NARA of the FBI with. Are you a foreigner?

Of course it made a big difference after this call:

"Hey Joey, Merrick here. We need to collect the multitude of classified info you took as a US Senator and VP. We both know it was against the law but I will make sure you are not prosecuted. Besides Joey, it makes us look fair and balanced."

"Why thank you Merrick. Take whatever you need and make sure you put that SOB in prison. If not, I may have to pardon thousands prior to leaving the Presidency."

You are a prime example of leftard idiocy. Just like SFP, are you two butt buddies? LGBTQ heros? How about congressional subpoenas? The government? You mean Biden's using the DOJ to interfere in a presidential election just like when Hillary and the FBI orchestrated the Russia Hoax?

Great work!!!! But what if this has nothing to do with Crossfire Hurricane. But nevertheless, great attempt at obfuscating and redirecting to an issue that is not an issue. Are you jockeying for Sean Hannity's job?

Hint, it was not about Crossfire Hurricane as much as you might want it to be. Smith could not care less about the particular documents. He wants Trump on Obstruction of Justice charges.

Please pay attention to the bull in the China store. Obstruction. Spell it out. Google Obstruction of Justice. If this were about finding some documents in dispute there would not be much of a case

I’ve got about 100 things to do other than pay attention to Tom Fitton’s nonsense on X.
The real verdict will come in November when Trump once again loses and claims he was robbed. Nobody will listen.
