Why am I supposed to care about these Hamas/Israel protests?

And they are happening on college campuses to boot?
Isn't this a dream scenario for those on the right? Watch the left eat their own, and sit back and eat popcorn? So now all the sudden these dorky GOP politicians and Governors feel its time to grow a backbone and stop riots? But in 2020 we couldn't do anything?
I have never understand why I should care about this conflict in the first place? I hate human suffering, and pray for anyone involved in it. But beyond that, the geopolitics of the issue is not something I wake up caring about and don't understand why I should?
Help me understand this if I am missing something. But I can't help but just feel like the "let them fight" gif about the whole thing.

What if your kid, and your hard earned money, was going to educate said kid and he couldn't get access to class? Would you care then?

Because daddy Israel wants you to care.
Isn't it weird that these protests are getting broken up at a higher clip than the BLM?
I wonder why that is...

It's a distraction from the complete betrayal of the nation by Congress as they have disregarded their duty, again, multiple times, to pass a proper budget. They are spending at an alarming rate. They gave the FBI a new building so they can violate our rights in luxury. They enhanced warrantless spying. They have given money to every nation imaginable for border protection, but our own, and they have totally avoided helping Americans in East Palestine, Maui, and everywhere else but DC - where the money is pouring in, non-stop.

Because they divert your attention away from the Ukraine Israel grift and the fact that the grifters have sold our sovereignty at the border? Maybe that

I consider radical Islam to be one of the greater dangers of the world. In the US, we've allowed the slow creeping of normalization of it. The ongoing existence of these protests, to me, is an underscoring of that gradual acceptance. Had October 7th happened even before 9/11, handfuls of protestors advocating for what is, in all actuality, the ability for Hamas to be able to attempt more October 7th attacks, throw gays from buildings, etc, these protests would have been barely attended and certainly not allowed to escalate to taking over areas.
For me, it's watching the water starting to boil and wondering whether the frogs are going to jump out or not.

I wouldn’t care and as a nation we shouldn’t care IF we weren’t on the hook for paying for this nonsense every time, and vetoing every UN resolution that ever gets presented on the conflict.

Freedom for Palestine is basically code for trying to end America. But here's the thing that's not something new at universities. They just want to add a different flavor to the tune.

I don't care about the conflict. Let them all burn each other to the ground. I do have a problem with activists thinking they're entitled to take over public areas and block others from living their lives because they want to endorse a shitty cause.

I think it’s more just that lawlessness tends to impact quality of life quite a bit. You would hope our institutions wouldn’t put up with anything more than normal civil protest but they seem to encourage this crazy shite quite often.
TLDR: I wish adults REALLY were in charge sometimes.

Watching The Left consume itself is its own reward. What we should care about is the actual safety of students. Beyond that, let them discredit and destroy themselves.

you should care because dumbasses are trying to stifle free speech in America to appease a foreign country

Because the left will figure out how to turn this into some kind of positive for them. As the Right is weak and wonder things like this.
In general I couldn't care less about them and let them eat themselves, but the underlying Anti-Christisn Americanism isn't being shut down either. In a decade people who aren't concerned with seeing/fighting the islamic push here will be wondering why they are hearing calls to prayer every morning in their once lily white Christian neighborhood.
One small positive is that we have on record that states/cities can shut "peaceful protests" turned riots and encampments down. Since I'm sure the left will use this tactic again to get the 2020 summer of love to pop off.
Definitely need to get back to no masks in public pte-covid laws, which is another thing the left got as the Right keep giving them an inch.

Because it's a reflection of academia, and not just at the university level. Kids are being indoctrinated by the far left.
The Israel/Hamas protests are a symptom of a serious cancer.
