What’s the craziest story you’ve heard of a couple breaking up?

This happened about 15 years ago but a woman who was a teacher at the school got caught having sex with a student. Her husband was also a teacher at the school.

A relative had a good friend at work. One day he got word that his friend was lying dead in his driveway dead from gunshot wounds. The dude was a straight laced guy, corporate type of employee. No enemies and nothing was stolen.
Turns out this his wife had been having an affair with some meth addict tattooed up baw. They ambushed and killed him before he went to work. Wife played dumb and pretended to be upset and ignorant of what happened but Cops nailed her and she and the boyfriend both got life.

One of my friends broke up with her boyfriend at Olive Garden. He made a scene, screaming and yelling about she just wanted to frick other guys without having to lie about it. They were asked to leave.

My dad’s BIL came home from a work trip. Drove up to the house and no lights were on. He went in the house and no light switches worked. He thought the electricity was out. Went back to his truck to get a flashlight. Wife moved everything out the house and took all the lightbulbs out every light inside the house. Bitches be crazy.

Guy was stood up at the alter. He moved on and married within a year or so. He’s now been married for 40+ years.

Idk how true this is, story from a guy I was offshore with who liked to over share.
His hitch ended early and this was back when they didn’t give out the Wi-Fi very easily on rigs and he didn’t have time to call home and let his wife know. Pulled up to the house and walked in on two dudes tag teaming her in their bed while his daughter was watching cartoons in the living room. Apparently she didn’t even notice he was there so he just grabbed his kid and left.

Worked with a guy years ago, when Myspace and facebook were a new thing.
This guy didn't even mess with the internet, but his wife did.
She started an account in his name with photos of him, and pretended to be him.
Old girlfriends started sending messages.
She accused the guy of trying to cheat on her and dumped him.

Co-worker met a stripper in KC on a Friday, married her, Saturday, divorc3d on Monday. They both knew it was stupid to get married but were zoned out and did it. So weird.
