This time last year, I was 264 lbs and a lazy piece of shite. Then I saw some of Andrew Tate’s podcasts and I said to myself, “I need to better myself. What can I do better?” Well, I started going to the gym more often and I trained as hard as humanly possible. Eventually I lost a ton of weight and now I’m 205 lbs. In that time span, I’ve managed to find a great job that pays well and I got myself a girlfriend. Tate’s videos inspired me to be the best version of myself that I could be.

You can say all you want about Tate and how much of an a-hole he is, but you can’t deny that he preaches facts. He gave me a reality check and inspired me to get off my arse and do something productive with my life. Take for that what you will.

The reality is that there are a lot of influencers targeting lost men getting left behind in the culture. Some generally good, some not.

Tate combines some elements of truth and masculinity with a bunch of awful stuff and sells it to hungry men like you. Jordan Peterson is doing the same, the raw egg nationalist dude is doing the same, so on and so forth. In many ways Trump is targeting the same demo. Lots of guys in the Christian space are doing it too, for better or worse. There's a huge market.

It's good that you used Tate's message to improve yourself, but you're not beholden to him. Criminal or not he's a horrendous person. Move on to a better role model.

He doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He tells it like it is. One thing he’s always been particular about in his podcasts is that the world is a super-competitive place and you HAVE to be insecure in order to succeed.

Without insecurity, we become complacent and stop caring. It’s part of our natural instinct as male homosapiens to be insecure and want better. As men, we want to be at the top of the hierarchal ladder in society. You have to be willing to do whatever the frick it takes to succeed if you want to reach the top. Sure, there’s luck involved, but whatever opportunity is thrown at you, take it.
