Yes it is if you use fraudulent means to transfer funds from sources that are
not allowed to be used for those purposes. Plus, there’s the “catch and kill” conspiracy with Pecker and the Enquirer. There’s also another woman who will be testifying on similar matters. Trump is in real jeopardy.

NDAs are not illegal. His campaign paid legal fees for work. It’s all under that umbrella. Not illegal.

Catch and kills are 100% normal in politics. Every campaign does it. The government does it. Also not illegal.

And… even if it was illegal - you’d still have to show Trump signed the check knowing it was illegal. He didn’t.

So Russian collusion didn't work the first time, so this is y'all's "go too' this time around. Wasn't all this known the first time he ran for President? Also, what is it that Stormy is having to "pay" Trump for, again?

This is just the opening round. Let me know when Trump gets to Double Jeopardy, where the stakes are yuge.

Then put the dnc on trial for paying fusion GPS money as "legal services" when it was a political job for opposition research

Pecker? Pecker is the first witness?

Who is up next?
Miles Long?
Harry Balls?
Rod Cockestein?
Dick Head?

Just the fact that this guy did not change his last name on the day of his 18th birthday is reason enough to question his credibility.

So when Hillary was fined for claiming the Steele dossier as legal expenses, she should have also had felony charges brought for lying about her opponent?

She essentially committed the same violation Trump is accused of - will you admit that and explain why she wasn’t prosecuted?

Every presidential campaign ever has done this and it has never been anything more than a fine
