Hated.
1) For being a bitch
2) For being lazy and injured
3) For stealing more $ than any Saint ever

Immature, petty, bitter, malingerer who fleeced the franchise for millions while promoting internal discontent in between running slant patterns when he could or wanted to.

Same vein as Odell Beckham Jr.
Had a couple of great seasons before injuries kicked in. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a role player on 5+ different teams for the next 5 years because of his attitude.

I'm going to have to disagree with this one. Not sure at what point in his contract would you view it as stealing, but regardless of when the tally starts it will range from $30M - $48M.
As long as this team exists (not just limited to the Saints), they will have bad contracts. And with the way these contracts are going, with amounts & guarantees; at some point someone will receive a bad deal that is way more lucrative deal that MT. So, can't really say ever, now he will be the poster boy for comparisons when those bad deals come into play.
For perspective, cash received per year:
2016: $2.4M - earned
2017: $683k - earned
2018: $915k - earned
2019: $21.7M - earned
2020: $11M - injured early in the year, tried to fight through
2021: $12.8M - lost year due to his decisions (ghosting) & further injuries
2022: $15.8M - lost year due to continued injuries
2023: $6.5M - tried to play through the season because he had that nice incentive based deal, but IR caught him after 10 games
2024: $2.2M
If I were to say money was solen, IMO it would have to start after the 2020 offseason shenanigans: so 2021 - 2024

I'm just happy he didn't top Colston's receiving records. Wouldn't want a fricking dipshit being the clubhouse leader

Hero to Zero in record time

The Saints were too loyal to Mike, but he was quick to the throw the Saints under the bus.
Slow your roll there chief.
The Saints have been around a long time before you showed up.

What Tigerdroppings says it is!

Him dropping that easy pass on a slant (his best route) after Ted Ginn made the best catch of his career in the Rams’ red zone.
