Hey don’t forget to bring the KY to the Gov Mansion when y’all get together for the USL Alumni circle jerk wearing y’all crawfish boots.

I was in the original thread. Family in Farmerville. Before any public charges were ever brought, the ballistics match Hollys gun. I would imagine that’s the evidence that persuaded the grand jury moreso than any witness

Well that’s dumb. Nobody died
There’s plenty of dumb statements thrown around here. You think someone has to die to be called a killer? You can try to kill someone and they will still call you a killer. I don’t really blame them if you actually did that.
Have you read the crap people were saying about this dude? With zero knowledge or evidence of the situation. These guys are young. They aren’t perfect and the spotlight is on them. Things will be said about them that may be true and may not. I’m just mature enough to know that just because an article says something, doesn’t mean it’s a fact. Most articles don’t really care because they have no skin in the game, besides what monitary value this article might bring.
Hopefully there are enough adults in the room to add perspective. Regardless, this is a huge win for the young man involved and LSU because at the very least, one of the players can’t be convicted of a 2nd degree murder charge and ruin his life. I hope it’s all dropped with a fair trial. I also hope that he and whoever else was involved in this learns something valuable.

And how does anyone involved learn something valuable if they get away with it?

We have a culture of pure poison in BR

Remember when half the rant called him all types of names before he got his due process
Posted on 4/5/24 at 6:36 pm to lsupride87
Because a fair trial will either convict him or tell us if he did anything at all. I hope for his case, they prove that he didn’t do anything.
I never said get away with anything. I can see where your mind is already. Were you there and did you see what happened? How do you know for sure that he did something to get away with it?

I’m glad he didn’t try a kill someone but if it comes to be that he had a pistol a discharged it in a residential area recklessly then he is still a complete dumbass. This mentality of showing off and trying to be hard and from the streets is what’s wrong with this generation.

Exactly… I feel the exact same way. But no one should be assuming that is what he did because we don’t know. If it is what he did then he needs to pay for that whoever the judge sees fit.

I seriously doubt he ever plays for LSU again.

Then earlier you said it was ok for the Bama players because they weren’t charged with the gun possession,(that’s false btw) they were charged and charges dropped LATER.
Even though we know for sure that there was a gun in one of their laps that no one claimed when arrested. Charges were later dropped because they couldn’t prove the gun belonged to any of them.
But that’s ok? Play ball right? The exact same situation could happen here. Just because there was a gun in his possession doesn’t mean it was his. Like in that case. Play ball right?
I’ll wait and see what happens. Like I did when this first came out. Now charges are being dropped AGAIN. We’ll see if more are dropped and if he’s playing for LSU this season.

That's great. I'm not sure what situation he was in but hopefully he's smarter at who he decides to be around. This is why you should never judge someone on a charge innocent until proven guilty.

If he somehow is let back n the team….the fans of other SEC schools will be relentless after what LSU fans said of Brandon Miller
Two different situations. IF he was even there, and IF he did fire his gun, he didn't hit anyone. The other guy delivered a weapon which was used to murder a young woman.

Holly is accused of firing his weapons at the scene where someone was shot
Brandon miller was never even accused of a crime. Never charged of a crime
If you want to say “Miller delivered the murder weapon” it’s fair for bama fans to say Holly tried to kill someone. Because neither of those two statements above are supported by any charges
So yeh, they aren’t the same
