Not just Major League but any baseball feat that is pretty amazing.
In 1938, Johnny Vander Meer threw back to back no-hitters. (MLB)
In 1952, Ron Necciai struck out 27 batters in a 9 inning game. (Minor league)
In the 1934 All-Star game, Carl Hubbel struck out five future HOFers in a row: Ruth, Gehrig, and Foxx in one inning. Al Simmons and Joe Cronin in the next.
What you got?

Fernando Tatis hitting 2 grand slams in one inning.
I highly highly doubt anyone ever hits 3 grand slams in one inning

To answer your question Harvey Haddix's 12 inning perfect game
But almost all of them outside of advanced efficiency based stats or luck stats should be retired. We've reached peak understanding of baseball science, and we watched the evolution of it over the last 150 years.
It will probably never be broken but the DiMaggio 56-game streak has a better chance of being broken than most of the other 'unbreakable' season/career records simply because it would only require a summer of insane luck.
5 Home Runs in a game will probably happen first though

N Ryan's no hit record
Cal R. Consecutive games played, nobody cares about that anymore.

I’m not sure if we’ll see any other players get in the 700 HR club.

Joe Nuxhall, 15 years old youngest player ever in MLB, since the rule is now you have to be 18, it will never be broken

Rickey Henderson 1,406 stolen bases

Ty Cobb's .366 career batting average will never be seriously threatened.

Ricky Henderson’s single season and career stolen base records.
Base stealing is about a third of what it was when I was watching MLB in the 80s and 90s. I miss that version of ball.

Kid on my little league team named Willie struck out every at bat for an entire season. Record feels safe.

pitchers will have a hard time getting to 300 wins ever again
not with all the setup men and relievers these days
also the age of the 3000 hitter is slowly dying as well
