Are plane crashes one of the outcomes that are tracked?

Too big to fail. They can stay on this course for years. Gov bailouts, contracts and DEI money will keep them going.
I get down voted when I say this.. but it's true.
Big companies are as stupid and inefficient as big government.

I'll ground Boeing and all woke aviation. It's too important to not do it. Will piss off a lot of people, but I wouldn't let things keep going. Only a matter of time before planes, parts, and people start falling out of the sky causing a lot of damage and killing a lot of people.
Woke is not safe.

After reading this I’m not keen on flying in a Boeing anytime soon.
Their build quality cannot be trusted anymore. It endangers the lives of their passengers. I'll drive.

Yeah, I'm sure she is going to fix Boeing!
well they figured out the problem wasnt DEI, it was that they didnt DEI hard enough, so they will double their DEI quotas from now on

She fixes it or the company dies. That's the choice she has.
I would think she would include in policy that gender bathrooms are okay. We are so fricked with gays, transgenderism and democrats.
It's not fricking ok. It all ruins the human way of life.

Well that’s not the solution to building planes that don’t crash. If anything it will cause more issues. Meritocracy is the only sound way to run any organization.

DEI sounds like didn't earn it, but it could also be Depravity Eliminates Intellegence

No you're missing the 3rd choice--make the financials suck worse, get a golden parchute, and/or sue for descrimination...now THAT is winning the victim olympics!

This doesn’t stop at just building, but also maintaining and repairs. Doesn’t matter how well you build a plane if you’re going to put diversity and equity ahead of quality mechanics, parts, and service practices.
Passengers / customers want the best pilots, the best maintenance, staff and parts, and not worry about nonsensical identity politics.

Core values. Lots of Boeing core values.

Though an aerospace veteran who has racked up almost three decades at Boeing, experts say Pope lacks the engineering experience needed to deal with such extensive production problems.
Deal, who joined Boeing in 1997 through its merger with McDonnell Douglas, holds a degree in aerospace engineering and worked in key positions on the 717 and MD-11 jetliner programmes.
Pope, by contrast, graduated in accountancy and rose through the ranks via a number of financial management roles. She later took charge of a services division that helps support airline customers.
While Pope’s most recent position as Boeing’s chief operating officer gave her oversight of quality control, engineering, manufacturing and the supply chain, she’d been in the job only since January, hardly time to develop an intimate understanding of the issues plaguing the 737 Max.

Boeing needs to focus on engineering and building safe and reliable aircraft. Instead, they're tripling down on the type of leadership that is causing the company to fail. Genius. RIP to a once great American giant.
She was / is the current COO with a financial background not engineering, same as the former CEO. Boeing has failed to learn their lesson and the root causes of their dismal performance.
She can't fundamentally understand the engineering and production issues facing a once great company and will fail.

DEI is one of Boeing's core values. I don't think they have the intestinal fortitude to ditch it now. They're going down with the ship.
