Yeah, I'm sure she is going to fix Boeing!

New Boeing CEO Candidate Stephanie Pope Pushed DEI

quote:

Consider Pope’s touting of its DEI report last year while using woke buzzwords.

I couldn’t be prouder to share that Boeing recently placed #12 on DiversityInc.’s annual list of top companies. DiversityInc. requires data-based outcomes to be included, which demonstrates we’re not just promising a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion – we’re holding ourselves accountable. One way we’re doing so is through our annual Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (GEDI) Report. The GEDI 2023 report was just issued today, and while we still have more work to do, we’ve made progress.

I'm glad that elevators are automatic these days. If we went back to manual operators I'd take the stairs instead of getting on one with a woman in charge.

woman in charge

Should only be in charge of the kitchen. Let the man work and provide. Times today would be much easier back then. You could actually raise a family and have dinner at the table each time you ate.

Now Friday nights were popcorn nights at my house. TV time with the family. I miss it.

They destroy a company, they destroy a country.

Damn - my retirement comes now from Boeing - never worked for them - retired before they bought out McDonnell Douglas.

Meh. You aren't really in the mix for advancement in corporate 'Merica unless you are on the DEI train.

She fixes it or the company dies. That's the choice she has.

Boeing needs to focus on engineering and building safe and reliable aircraft. Instead, they're tripling down on the type of leadership that is causing the company to fail. Genius. RIP to a once great American giant.

After reading this I’m not keen on flying in a Boeing anytime soon.
