While they probably did have auto, you're really, really wrong with this take. I'm not very good, and I can put 30 rounds into targets like 20 yards away in less than 40 seconds.

This Al Jazeera article has the name of the concert (by the rock band Picnic) as well as the name of the islamic group claiming responsibility.

The detail of the arrests from the Daily Mail may provide better coverage of the arrests although it has contradictions of the actions of the 'arrested' owner of the white Renault used by two to escape the concert site.

You can hear a full-auto in one of the videos I saw but you are correct.
A semi-auto still has a very fast firing rate.

Several stories claim that the American government warned Russia that ISIS was planning an attack somewhere on their soil.

There still seems to be a lot of uncertainty about this whole attack. Lots of different angles and different sources reporting wildly different things, we may never know the full truth.
Were the suspects all arrested or not? There's varying reports out there that one, two, all four, eleven guys were arrested - while some say two were found and the rest escaped in the forest, etc.
What a mess.
