Couple of comments. As noted she went to dental school & subsequently earned her dental degree. That is not something to just casually toss aside ( I have dentists in my family so I know what it takes). If you listened to any of her interviews with Rogan, re Thomas standing naked in the locker room of 14 female swimmers getting into their suits ( "it takes a while & we were totally vulnerable") We had no warning; We were told by the NCAA & their schools that if we had an issue with it, we were directed to take several educational programs to educate ourselves; we were told we could lose our scholarships; we were told we would have a hard time finding jobs; we were told the universities had already spoken up for us, so we had no need to speak out; at the time of the championships, Thomas was sexually active with several females; he had his whole package of male sexual organs. AS for females not being entitled to sports scholarships/ enjoy the benefits of sports, go back under your rock.

Women don't care about sports period. There is no audience for it. That's why it's all subsidized. There is no purpose for it.

I work with almost all women and most don't give a crap about any of this. The only ones that kind of care are just afraid their daughters won't win, but in the next breath support and love anything trans related. So there is no backbone to it. Women are the ones pushing all of this. It's only right their sports are ruined.

It's embarrassing that trans men are that much of a threat, women can't even beat effeminate cross dressers. If the sport is that weak, then why fight so hard for it?

And as far as trans people in sports I don't actually have a real opinion on it. It seems to be a more complicated issue than I have or plan to put any thought in to. It also seems to be an extremely rare issue that almost never comes up in the real world so when it happens it's a story.

The purpose of sports, especially taxpayer funded sports programs at institutions of higher learning are to entertain audiences? Who knew

Did you miss the part where he threw the race because of the reaction he received when he beat Olympic-rated swimmers in an earlier race?

And they’ll lose because of this. Guaranteed the defense will be that they aren’t men at all, they’re women because they identify as women.

This created train wreck will eventually go to SCOTUS and it will be forced to make the call, biological male vs identified male.

Either too much of a stupid troll or too much stupidity on display. Claiming women don't care about sports ? Based on your co-workers' attitude ? As I said, crawl back under your rock.

TV ratings?
Crowds?
Merchandising?

How are you guaging popularity? By every metric, they all fail. Yet they are allowed to exist and carry on. I don't think I have a revolutionary opinion at all. People aren't watching it.

Are you going to watch any female sporting event, where you aren't related or have a personal relationship with someone involved?

What an odd take. Do you think these universities have to kidnap women and force them to play sports?

Same for the Olympic committees?

None of these women care about sports, they just play them because they’re forced to. Like slave labor?

Seems like a good idea to differentiate between social gender identity and biological sex when it comes to things like this.

Swam in the 2022 NCAA swim championship and already got her DDS/DMD?

She was accepted into dental school but didn’t attend. She’s doing important work, but not dental work.

This might be the dumbest thing I have read on this board.

Last year the NCAA woman's championship game had the highest ratings ever. This year, in the WNBA, the Las Vegas Aces have become the first WNBA team to sell out of season tickets. The college game and the players that will be going pro this year and next year might end up being what the early 80s was for the NBA.

The Bird & Magic rivalry that was inside of the Boston & L.A. rivalry, the amount of really good players that started to come into the least.

What if LSU and Iowa meets up again in the championship game. Clark and Reese kind of go at it more and create some type of rivalry. When they get into the WNBA and their teams play, its going to attract more viewers. If i were one of them, I would get in touch with the other and take a page from Magic and Bird. They didn't like each other at first, but ended up becoming good friends, but their rivalry made for good marketing. They both signed with converse and their rivalry was used as a marketing tool.

But this part about women don't care about sports is fricking stupid. I guess the Williams sisters really didn't care much about tennis, it was just something they did in their spare time. Kydia Ko had two Major titles last year, but she probably did that because all the other girls she competed against cared a lot less right?

I guess these young ladies are suing the NCAA because they really don't care about sports.

I guess these 5 girls on this one HS basketball team who all signed scholarships to a D1 school didn't really care

yahoo.com

The girls who play college softball... just play for the scholarship and don't really do much to get better because they don't care right?
