I will say this:

Maximus' story arc is what Finn's should have been.

Really good job balancing this wild graphic novel feeling game adaptation.

I’m 5 episodes in and am enjoying it.

As a gamer, the Diablo franchise is more of my jam, but my two oldest kids played a lot of Fallout 4 and I watched them enough to be casually aware of the world. This adaptation is extremely well done. Devotees may be enamored (or critcal) on a whole different level, but this is a fun series for anyone who likes post-apocalyptic sci fi with some violence, even if they don't know the game. Goggins is the cherry on the sundae.

Know nothing about the game, never played it….but really enjoying this show…. I’m 6 episodes in

Started Friday night and can’t quit watching. Pretty entertaining.

Highly recommend for those - like me - that like apocalyptic seemingly-realistic sci-fi, with political undertones

Question: watching episode7, did I miss something in episode 6… how did the Ghould get away from the President?

I just finished the series...Holy frick, that was incredible; they knocked this series out of the park.

I've played every version of Fallout since the original was released. This series not only stayed faithful to the source material but also filled in details never revealed in the games.

I thought Shogun would be the year's best series, but Fallout beats it.

Not reading any of this thread until I finish but I am just unbelievably giddy that I get to share the Fallout lore with others, I did my absolute best to not divulge much information to my wife as we were watching.

I don’t care that it’s not a 1:1, just incredibly happy that others can get a taste of the fallout universe.

Never played the game .... my generation typically never fell for that crap. But we're three episodes in and we're liking it.

frick me, that was amazing. Bethesda created such a rich world to tell stories in,and that might be one of the most faithful adaptations of a VG world I've ever seen.

Finally seeing the Brotherhood in live action was impressive.

I was a little disappointed that we got no Children of the Atom, but that was a lot to pack into 8 episodes.

I definitely wasn't expecting the reveal about how the war started. If that's in the games, I never got that far.

The Deathclaw tease was awesome.

I can’t speak for everyone else, but this was the best series I’ve seen in a while.

Griselda is what I would have said best I’ve seen in the last year before this.

This was much more entertaining to me than Griselda though in a much different way though. Obviously quite different genres

Fallout has the Dharma from Lost “puzzle” combined with great individual storylines from GOT combined with end-of-the-world suspense and mystery from blockbuster movies. And all of it fairly realistic and not too far-fetched. Not to mention a sometimes confusing question of “who’s the good guys here?”

Again, I highly recommend this. It was good

Ella Purnell

If they ever make a Bioshock Infinite live action series/movie, she would be a perfect fit for Elizabeth.

Lucy has weird bulging furby eyes.

Like how do her eyelids even wrap around her eyeballs?

I just finished it. It's definitely not boring. Not sure how I feel about it.

Is this show worth watching if you've never played the game?

I know it has become popular to bash the show, now that Gary and crew have decided they all collectively hate it, but I thought it was tits.

Max was boring, but it seems like he was supposed to be. All the B0S squires were bland.

Lucy was great and Cooper was great.

Ending was not bad, but not strong.

Just finished

Holy crap did this exceed my expectations.

Visually, I could tell from the trailer that this was going to look awesome, but I didn't expect the story or the characters to be as interesting as they were. Just a fun entertaining ride.

And the best part? There is SO much more material from the games they haven't even touched yet. Super mutants, other factions, weapons, etc. Can't wait for season 2.
