He could, but he won't. His best hope is that things are bad enough that they grit their teeth and vote against Biden.

Don't worry, if he loses for the 3rd major election in a row, for the same reasons, they will just argue fraud again and not actually listen.

Trump may be better than Obama c.2012 at turning out Democrats. Might top Obama 2008 this go round.

Failing to see how democrats waking up and leaving their party is a bad thing.

He was talking about the hardcore, and the new DEMs who left the GOP due to Trumpism (who seem to outnumber these gains Trump has made in the demo you referenced).

Probably not. R's took college educated men in 2022 by 2 pts. You shouldnt expect that gap to narrow.

the concern will be the sheer numbers of college educated white women offsetting these votes, but this demo's turnout has dropped since 2018.

Again, if the republicans get their harvest on, they'll be extremely difficult to beat since overall turnout for non-college educated voters is typically very low.

Education appears to be a diminishing return among white women.

The more junk that fills their head, the worse decisions they make.

Price of tea in China. If the college educated voter was as motivated by "Trumpism" as you claim, their turnout share wouldn't have dropped in that same span - especially post Covid when dems made "voting" easier and less secure than liking a video on TikTok. Even as turnout share shrinks, the raw numbers could still be higher, but they'll have to clear a very big hurdle of R harvesting from a massive pool of couch potatoes who will happily vote for Trump as long as they dont have to put the PS5 controllers down.

Why are Trump supporters so proud to be dumb and uneducated? Very weird.

As an educated upper middle class person living in the suburbs with my educated wife from a family where almost everybody has a college education, the most intelligent people I know never stepped foot in a college classroom.

One thing all the parrots in this thread fail to acknowledge is RFK and Jill Stein. All the college educated women in the world won't matter for Biden if those 2 ciphon off 3 or 4 % of the vote in places like Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Pennsylvania. The votes for those 2 will 90% of the time come from what would have been Biden voters. If it was just Stein it would not matter. But RFK has a name behind him and polling numbers much higher than any independent since Perot.

I mean all you have to do is watch this board on a day to day basis to see men abandoning logic for emotion pretty constantly.

Now count how many of them will admit that.

You didn't read what I said. I didn't say that doesn't happen for men (or anything like it). What I did was tell you what the different sexes do when it does happen.

quote:

Again, this board is a great place to see this not occurring.

I think you must be kind of a moron to claim that.

Again, no one said they'd be successful at attempting to show that their opponent has misused logic, or convincing.

Yes.

Then you close by saying this, which contradicts what you've said before this and makes no sense.

I think you only halfway processed what I was saying before replying, and in your haste to disagree with someone because you can't understand that someone pointing out that women are different than men isn't necessarily the same as saying that they are inferior, you tripped over you dick a couple of times.

That's my opinion on this one.

As one of these college educated voters who spent a big chunk of life in suburbia, I’m still trying to relate to the assumption that such a life experience makes one think that Democratic/Progressive policies, some of the most consistently and fundamentally idiotic things humans have been capable of coming up with time and time again, are somehow the inferred sign of heightened enlightenment.

“Higher education” must not be what it once was.

What garners my attention is voters who make 100k or greater prefer Trump, but voters with higher education vote towards Biden.

Sounds like higher ed people with 50k salary office jobs are jealous of the Welder who makes twice as much without 8 years of education
