I don't give a flying frick what you or anyone in this world spends their money on. Jesus Christ, you like putting words into people's mouths. Do you actually think that I am outraged by how some stranger spend his/her money? If you do then perhaps you need to look in the fricking mirror at yourself to actually think that people out there actually stress about how people spend their fricking money.

I honestly cannot believe that people "hire" people to be their life coach.

This has to be the most insane thing that I have ever heard people spending money on.
Okay, pal.

I’m not sure what credentials I would really have to be a life coach. Maybe give people some insight on what not to do maybe. I see these 20 something life coaches and just sort of chuckle.

Don’t know anything about your business, but is it normal in your field to discuss your customers’ businesses on internet message boards? Sounds unprofessional, but that’s just me.

Your client will commit a sex crime within 3 years. Or maybe get a DUI or become an arsonist . Either way, once you go full tilt on advising others, karma puts a bullseye on you.

My wife’s cousin is a musician who was struggling hard to make ends meet. So he became a life and career coach for other musicians.

I know plenty of lonely single women on Instagram who would send them memes about self-worth and unlimited Mel Robbins quotes for free.

Dude you’ve admitted you’re an alcoholic, 30 something year old struggling poor single guy.
How the frick can you be a life coach or even build a website for someone that wants to be a life coach?

The consulting industry as a whole has gotten out of control. A good consultant is worth their weight in gold, but, nowadays, it’s a bunch of people who don’t want to work and use enthusiasm, catch phrases, and empty promises to steal money.
I probably average 1 new litigation file a year for someone fricked over by one of these quacks. A lot of times they got sold snake oil by someone they thought was a friend. The others, it’s a symptom of a greater issue in society that people don’t actually want to face hard truths—they want someone who will make cutesy PowerPoints, drink wine on zoom calls, and tell them good job every time they tie their shoes correctly (which is where these new era “consultants” come in).

Back when there were dads, uncles, grandpas, and parrains, this would not be necessary.

Then, he emailed his pricing table. HOLY shite. This dude is making $3,500+ PER client PER MONTH!
I could get 3 sugar babies PER MONTH at that price.

I know two people who are life coaches, with websites, who have podcasts, and appear to be broke as shite in real life doing strange side jobs. Crazy people think they can read some books, listen to podcasts, impersonate others and charge crazy amounts. I’d be very leery of anyone calling themselves a live coach.

I feel like this is something people are either really good at and only cater to a specific type of high net worth client.
Or people say they're a life coach because they have no other marketable skills, have a website with no traffic and collect food stamps.

I had a life coach for awhile.
Half the price you quoted.
Helped me lose weight, scale my businesses, build and maintain “family time”, as I was consumed by work, and create an affordable plan to run for public office.
For a business owner, there is no accountability, so that’s what I used him for the most. And, it worked. Worked so well, I put three agents through his program. None of them stayed, however. I guess you get what you put into it, like anything else.
