yep... there's a pretty well known one here in BR, former realtor, married to a pretty well known realtor here in BR, and yeah, while he has some good shite, he also seems part con man... i mean, look, i don't know the dude personally, but there's a certain sleaze factor when he's talking about how much money clients pay him, how much he charges for like a 20 minute speaking gig, talks about how many super successful people he knows, etc.... it's just sorta arrogant, narcissistic, and icky, but he does well.... real well
