Bummed to hear this.

The other day I was watching some of his interviews on Rich Eisen's show on youtube and he was telling stories of him and Larry going out to eat. Pretty funny.

He appeared in one episode of "Two and a Half Men" as Charlie's accountant and his time on screen was hilarious explaining how Charlie went broke and his bills were not being paid due to his obscene spending habits.
