GIS phone data

Doesn't show the existence of a relationship, just that a phone/person was in a general area at a general time.

But combined with the actual calls right before and right after, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning, makes it very incriminating.

Remember...there is no reasonable doubt standard here. Much lower burden.

If you say so.
On the stand today poor Blake made Potatobrain appear eidetic.

BREAKING: Key witness Terrence Bradley testified he received call from Nathan Wade's current law partner Gabe Banks that he interpreted as a threat to keep silent about Wade's pre-2021 affair with D.A. Fani Willis. Turns out Banks' wife Kyra Banks serves as Willis' chief of staff

He said this today on the stand?

They've never denied it.
In 2020 Fani said, "I think that what citizens are really, really concerned about is if you chose to have inappropriate contact with employees. There’s nothing I can say on it other than that it is distracting, it is certainly inappropriate for the No. 1 law officer in this state." She didn't directly deny the claim, but she said those raising it were only forwarding it because they are racists.

She's pond scum.

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted for this. It’s spot on.

Obviously most of us were wanting Bradley to get on the stand and take out his aggression on his “former friend” by telling the whole truth, but that didn’t happen. The next best thing is what happened: Bradley sent messages to the lead attorney of the defense corroborating details which prove Fani and Wade committed perjury. Their testimonies of a couple weeks ago can now be considered lies, and that includes everything they testified about the booty call money repayments.

Politics are so dirty. This whole Trump think in NY just really pisses me off to no end. How is that NOT election interference?

I have been enjoying this Fani show though.

Ethical issues, sure. Disqualification issues, not so much.

The fact you don't understand that these are the same issues is just amazing to try and understand your ignorance

To put it simply, the attorneys for the state (all attorneys actually) have an ethical obligation to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

That was clearly not done. Taken a step further, it is likely (civil burden) that the attorneys also perjured thenselves.

The evidence shows consistent contact well before the timeline testified to. This evidence is unrebutted.

You should probably just go to another thread as you are getting roasted here.

The law in Georgia requires that an actual conflict of interest exist for disqualification of a prosecuting attorney. The conflict cannot be theoretical or speculative.

The fact is that special prosecutor Wade was brought in to allegedly keep the prosecution at an arms length. And she admitted she started a romantic relationship with him 2 years ago. That alone is disqualifying in many people's eyes, and maybe the law. Let alone significant evidence that it began much earlier than that.

This guy is clearly lying his arse off BUT he hasn't given up anything that would show that Wade or Willis were lying when they said that the affair started after Wade was hired. Am I missing anything????

Agreed. He’s made himself look like a fool but he’s actually providing decent cover for Wade and Willis.

“I don’t recall”
“Not certain”
Etc etc. someone needs to file a complaint on him with the state bar….and the clown school he got his JD from. Jesus they pass these type of people?

I don't think he provides decent cover at all. His texts and emails contradict his testimony. He gave a valient effort to obfuscate but it fell apart as soon as they boxed him in about "why someone without knowledge would, not only speculate about the nature of a relationship, but would include specifics about exactly where and when it happened".

If I don't have any knowledge about the relationship my friend had with a woman I would not have made a declarative statement saying he met her after Mother's day when she was still employed at the pharmacy before her daughter Matty was born. You don't "speculate" details like that.

His excuse that as a lawyer himself, he didn't know that his answers to the defendants lawyers were going to be included in a legal motion (why else would they be having this conversation) even though it's literally spelled out in the title of the email.

The icing on the cake.....he is whistling a different tune after his college buddy reaches out to him and admits to discussing the case with him. The guys wife works at the ADs office under Fani.

The judge sure seemed to be a little heavy handed in interfering with the defense questioning and strategy.

I don’t know if you actually watched today’s hearing, but the judge was pretty even handed… he overruled probably 100+ objections from the state during the Bradley testimony… the fact he even ruled that their was enough to question him and he couldn’t hide behind attorney client privilege proves to me he’s being pretty fair about this.

I guess it could all be for appearances and he was always going to rule in the states favor to keep the case alive, but there is nothing that gives me that impression yet.
