BamaAtl knows that Fani lied. He also knows she hired her unaccomplished and unqualified lover to oversee this pet project of radical loons like himself, and he should be mad about that.
Any reasonable person knows that the defense is trying to satisfy a burden for which the requisite evidence may not exist (although at worst we've gotten pretty close), but those same people know without a shred of doubt that the DA and Wade are corrupt and idiotic.
To hide behind their sworn testimony in disengenious fashion, as though he's not well aware that it's false testimony, shows the absolute bottomless pit that is the character deficit of people like him.

Going to have to disagree here. Regardless of what he said in his texts doesn’t prove he wasn’t speculating. “Well, after thinking about it further, I now believe yada yada”. Plus it’s not like he signed an affidavit nor did he address the motion filed by Merchant other than “looks fine”

We all know he is lying through his teeth and is now officially a cuckold to Wade and Fani. However, he protected just about everything he needed to IMO Looking like a liar doesn’t make you a liar. Also fyi, we’re on the same team here just trying to look at this from their side

He even says in 1 of the texts (paraphrasing) "please don't say when they met on your affidavit b/c then they'll know it's me"
Then HE ASKED to see the rough draft of the affidavit to review it... not her asking him to check some items on it

Megyn Kelly text leaks are important to the case. The judge has seen them all and now that the public has, he is in a bit of a pickle if he DOESN'T disqualify her office from the case.
However, I want the texts between Willis and Wade. these are the ones that will be $money$ printed on t-shirts and coffee mugs. I want ALL that ratchet WAP, *Gorilla Grip type stuff.
Mother's Day is just around the corner.
