This is what will probably happen too, although I expect the judge to remove them from the case based on the appearance of impropriety.

I don't know him obviously, but he had a lot of things hanging over his head on every answer so he had to be very careful (perjury with possible sanctions or disbarment, possible SA lawsuit/criminal complaint, and whatever Willis, Wade, and the deep state are capable of/willing to do).
At that point, you must be very careful you fully understand the question, think about any potential traps/lies you can be caught up in, etc. Asking the defense to restate their question is a stall tactic to frame your answer and/or be less than fully truthful.
I don't understand why this guy was prepared to fully cooperate, then suddenly turtle up. Someone got to him clearly.

The judge sure seemed to be a little heavy handed in interfering with the defense questioning and strategy. He was allowing Wade attorneys to narrate responses for the witness and worse was he kept forcing the defense to pre expose her questions and why she was asking the questions.
He had a hostile witness who was avoiding answers, but yet the judge was more hostile to the defense attorney. He should have given her more room leniency to get her questions asked since the witness was being overly vague and contradicting his previous statements.

This is the kill shot. If Bradley took more than 1 second (seriously) to answer this question, he and all those in his orbit are screwed. He took at least 30 seconds.

How can anyone possibly believe a case brought forth by these two? How can they ask the courts to believe they are bringing a case in good faith?
I have no faith in ”the system” after NY case, but their contempt and dishonesty is on full display here.

It became obvious early on that he was going to stick to his plan to obfuscate his responses to questions about his understanding of anything all of his texts and stick to “I can’t recall” whenever he could.
After it became apparent that he was going that direction the judge let them land enough to prove the point and then moved on knowing this guy was worthless as far as providing a compelling rebuttal.
All that matters now is what happens with the geolocation cell data and if it is admitted does Wade and Willis decide to be willing to go back in under oath to refute the cell data….
