It’s gonna be a pain in the arse to switch to Verizon but I’m ready.
Please tell me you don't actually give ATT $785 per month. Also, what makes you think Verizon will be better or cheaper? No one is as proud of the electromagnetic spectrum as Verizon.

Wish the electric company gave credits when power goes out.

If this would happen it would be funny.
I other news AT&T tacks on an extra fee of $10 this month only.
To pay for overtime in the customer service dept. lol!!!

You might want to revise this post to not let the public know the condition of your game.

In this economy, I’ll take it.
Just a heads up, that 5 bucks ain’t what it used to be.

$5 is insulting
Service was down for a few hours, so they gave a free day. I mean….what precisely did you expect? Half off your monthly bill?

If it’s $5 per line, that’s more than fair. $5 per line = $150 per month bill and most aren’t that.

Credits for what? When the power is out your meter isn’t running.

Problem is it’s $5 per account. Not per line. That’s basically nothing on a business account and barely noticeable on my family account with 4 lines. Giving me $5 per line for my inconvenience would have been something.
This was strictly the lawyers preemptively getting in front of a massive class action suit.

quote:That's not how it works though. If your bill is normally $90, would you pay $45 for phone service that only works half the time? No, that service wouldn't be worth a dime.
A $90/mo phone bill is about $3/day. So a $5 credit more then covers a few hours without service.

I doubt that.
Because solely looking from that perspective, giving the 5 dollars incontestably means AT&T acknowledged culpability and accountability. Now it would just be haggling over the amount.

ATT just the most

How is this even possible?

Cost me a lot more than that for my business lines to be down. Despite being able to text or email, the vast majority of people of all ages still want to call to make an appointment.

Have you ever looked at your electric bill? You arent just paying for what your meter says.....you're also paying for demand and adjustments

After Hurricane Ida, Google Fi gave me a $20 credit. I didn't have an outage, I didn't have to ask for it, I didn't even know they were doing it. They just gave me $20, which was like 75% of my total monthly bill. AT&T? They waived overage charges only. They dropped the nickel-and-dime bullshite charges for a month, how nice. And if you had an outage you had to call in to get a credit.
50% should be the bare minimum in this case IMO.
