$5 is completely reasonable and is likely more than average day’s service for many. Everyone wants free shite.

Do you guys want pain and suffering damages or something? Is $5 really not as much or more than half a day’s phone bill for you?

Whole lot of pushovers in this thread. I don't see anybody asking for free shite, I see people calling $5 the pittance it is.

We aren't paying for cell service by the day, we pay by the month. If you don't deliver a month, I'm not paying for a month. Do you think they'll turn your service off at night when you don't need your phone and charge you half as much per month? frick no they won't.

If I can't make a call for 6+ hours I want 50% off my bill automatically. If I have to call in to get a credit then I want 100% off that month's bill instead. If I get neither then I'm switching to another company. Simple as that.

We used to have several business landlines with AT&T. Then we had a service outage for 6 straight DAYS. No storm, no nothing, it was straight up incompetence on their part. And they offered a credit for 6 days of credit. L O fricking L. You want me to pay 80% of my bill when my business couldn't receive calls for a fricking week? According to some of you folks that would have been fair. I haven't given AT&T another dime since, and this latest shitshow proves that a wise decision.

I honestly enjoyed the peace that day of not having constant calls/texts, so getting $5 for an easier day at work isn't a bad deal.

But I'm sure some people had significant disruption to their business and cost them way more than $5. Slap in the face to those people

Still insulting.

If there's a hair in your meal, do you still expect to pay for all the bites that didn't have hairs in them? I mean you enjoyed the first 29 bites right?

Verizon has a commercial account we pay $300/mo for. 6 or seven phones and 5 surface pros and a couple watches

My internet, wireless and landline are all bundled into one bill. It usually runs about $785 +/- a month.

This whole fiasco is hilarious to me.

A few hours of no cell service doesn't even rank in the top ten of bullshite I've dealt with from that God-forsaken company. It is a blip, a minor nuisance. Yet, the $5 credit is more than they ever offered for their normal, every day shite service and business policies. AT&T is one of the worst companies on the face of the planet. Period.

Robbery.

Switch to that commercial verizon plan for ~$300, voip for landlines at maybe $30 each, and that leaves you $450 MFing dollars a month to cover internet which I'm sure you can get something much cheaper. You'll probably save $3k/year and a lot of headaches by leaving AT&T.

You said on page 1 you were ready to switch to verizon.

How about TMo? Get loaner phones from both to test coverage yourself.

Or just stick with AT&T, I don't care that much. I just wanted to say that the bundle isn't saving you anything, it's costing you thousands.

Until I did a little research and realized my coverage would be severely limited.

What I really need to to do is find someone competent within att to sit down with and figure out my bill and where and how I can save some money.

A $90/mo phone bill is about $3/day. So a $5 credit more then covers a few hours without service.

What’s weird about that day my phone worked but wife’s didn’t(same account, same phone,)And only one other AT&T phone at my office worked rest did t.

Same here. My son and wife's phones worked. My daughter and my phone did not. Very odd.

If I pay for a month of service, I want a month of service. If you deliver less than a month of service I don't want to pay a proportionally lesser amount. That's crazy.

What if you pay for food delivery, $10 and it's 10 miles. If they drop it off a mile from your house are you going to pay $9? If you have to go fetch your food anyway after you've paid for delivery, would it be asking for free shite if you want the whole $10 back? They did 90% of the job right?

You folks are nuts.
