AT&T is the worst of all of them and they all suck to some degree.

Just like spectrum. They will raise the price in a couple months to compensate

Verizon needs to capitalize on this. Offer a $100 bounty on every $5 check an AT&T customer brings them (assuming of course they switch over to Verizon).

I’ll put that $5 bucks to my aunts funeral. She died on Thursday because she couldn’t call 911.

$5 is more than what you pay for 1 day of att service

Seems fair

So what's Verizon doing for its customers affected by the outage? Nothing?

This is equivalent to Biden and his cronies telling us he helped us save $0.16 for our 4th of July BBQ that one year.

AT&T is mother fricking scum.

Switched to Tmobile a couple of years ago and have not had one issue. And saved money. It was always one thing after another with AT&T. Customer service was always overly complicated and a hassle.

I would have been happy with $3.50, but $5 is much better.

These are times you say I'm sorry for the interruption in service, we will correct asap. Sending $5 will piss off the masses and backfire. I already swapped a while back to Verizon

It’s gonna be a pain in the arse to switch to Verizon but I’m ready.

I left AT&T years ago for Verizon for the same reason. I’ve never lost service with Verizon. It seemed like a common occurrence with AT&T every time we had a natural disaster.
