Yes, but...LSU released this statement after the arrest:

No it won’t, if he’s involved he out, pretty fricking easy decision.
Couple things
1) he’s already not to participate in team activities vs Alabama let Miller continue to play.
2)Miller SEC player of year and said to be #1 draft choice Holley 4th string RB

1) Miller was never arrested for anything, Holly was arrested for attempted murder. That’s a pretty big difference.
2) I guess you can claim that this isn’t a “team activity” but he’s still hanging around the team and coaches according to this picture.

The Holly situation is interesting to me. LSU must feel that he’s innocent. I can’t believe they would allow him around the program if there was any chance he was guilty, right?
