Can someone spell out his name how it’s pronounced? Is it ooh-yo-la?

It’s either ooh-yo-a
Or ool-yo- a (like the ll in million)

Oo-yo-a or Oo-joe-a depending on his dialect of Spanish!

The traditional Spanish pronunciation would be:
ooh-yo-ah
Unless his ancestry is from Chile or Argentina, in which case it would be:
ooh-so (like the "s" sound in Asia) -ah
But I have no idea how he and his family pronounce it.

According to the pronunciation guide on the roster:
quote:
Fee-dell oo-Yoh-uh

That would make sense... that's the traditional Spanish pronunciation.

He's going to be fun the watch this year.

Correct. The accent is always on the next-to-last syllable unless it is actually written over another syllable.

how’s he look in person?

Correct. As a former Spanish teacher, it is
Ooo-yo-uh
It’s even correct to say Oool-yo-uh, dependent on family preferences.
The double “L” is a “Y” in English.
