Charles Barkley told him that the Pelicans are a team everyone should be worried about in the playoffs if Zion is playing great. I hope the team is seeing this disrespect.

No one cares what draymond green thinks, he's a race baiting sack of shite on top of being one of the dirtiest players in the history of the league

Pelicans have their own problems to worry about first before worrying about disrespect
1. Can Zion be that 20-30 point a night guy day in day out on 60% plus shooting
2. Can Ingram be good Ingram 75% of the time against playoff caliber teams
3. Can CJ, Trey, Herb, Hawkins shoot no matter the opponent
Because if those things happen... See Draymonds opinion doesn't matter. He is speaking on how he sees us now and he isn't wrong. Zions and Ingram stepping up together and working makes us dangerous.
We have role players galore. Our stars need to star.

Draymond is getting clowned in the comments.

This is what i cant stand the most about the NBA.
I dont think ive really seen any league in regards to players, media, etc just outright mock "lesser" teams like the NBA does.
Im just tired of it. No one gives a shite about you unless you are 1 of 5 teams.
Hey Silver, its shite like this is why no one wants to watch the "lesser" teams on a consistent basis. You have your media and punks like this constantly trashing them at every turn.
End rant.

I can tell you of a team in the west that absolutely nobody is worried about anymore….

Draymond Green, as a human being disgusts me
Posted on 2/19/24 at 2:19 am to DBeaux225
I think there is another team that people worry about even less.
Whatever, I guess.

Draymond is a POS, but he probably is correct. I would think most championship caliber teams are not too worried about one of the worst clutch performing teams in the league, with a mid at best coach, with next to zero playoff seasoning and pedigree, led by 1 perpetually high star in Ingram and another star that is a perpetual injury risk and is still overweight and out of shape 5 years into his career.
Could he have packaged it better? Sure, but he was being honest. If you are a 4 time champ like the Warriors, the Lakers and Lebron, the Nuggets, the Clips, the Suns w 3 all stars, I seriously doubt that any of those teams fear us in a series. And they shouldn’t unless Zion is Duke Zion or last year December Zion.
As nice as some of our role players are, we aren’t winning a playoff series on the backs of CJ, Jonas, Herb, Trey, Dyson, Jose. It comes down to Ingram and Zion and they simply have not earned that respect of being winners yet.

Probably more worried than they are about Steph and Co these days

Our biggest achievement of the last 5 years is that we took an overrated Suns team to 6 in the first round. Until we prove we can hang with the big dogs Dray is correct.

With Willie leading the team and two betas being 1 and 2....he ain't wrong.

Raymond Green should be mostly worried about his personality disorder and not bunching another guy and getting suspended indefinitely again

I'm real good with what he said. Draymond says what the whole NBA thinks. Pelicans are super talented but fold under pressure. Pels have got to start learning lessons and responding.
They are hampered with roster construction .... really need a big dog in the back (prime Boogie) but teams will continue to apply pressure, particularly so in high leveraged games.

If Draymond Green had been drafted by Orlando or Washington he would basically be a journeyman in the league right now. He lucked out to happen to be drafted by the Warriors right when they began their climb to greatness thanks to some future HOF teammates. He is a certified POS & always will be.

Just the fact he said no one is worried about the Pelicans shows he’s worried about the Pelicans. The way Zion is playing it would be hilarious watching him make Draymond his bitch.

And until we do anything worth a shite he is right
Posted on 2/19/24 at 8:14 pm to DBeaux225
We need a Dray

The day I start worrying about what the frick Draymond Green thinks, put a bullet in me! WTF does TNT have that POS on the air for anyway? NBA is a fricking joke just like the rest of professional sports!
